Romp in a Splash Pad

Run through a splash pad this summer at one of the many locations in Austin. Splash pads are great for families with younger kids who can’t swim yet, but be sure to have water shoes on as the surface can get a bit slippery.

This is a budget-friendly option as all are free. Most splash pads are open from 9 am - 8 pm daily, but they do close for maintenance, often times without notice, so have a backup plan in mind. You can find updates on park closures here.
