Checklist Item: Visit a local farm or farm stand

As Austin and the surrounding areas have grown, so have our options to get farm-raised fruits and vegetables and other edibles. In case you are looking for an excuse for a weekend outing with the family or want to try out a new market, here is a list of farmers markets and farm stands:
